For 4 tarts:
150 g of special dark chocolate
10 cl of whipping cream
3 pears Comice
1 package of broken dough
30 g brown sugar
2 butter nuts.

Preparation:

Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool. Grate the chocolate. Boil the cream, then pour the grated chocolate. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous cream before adding the remaining butter in small pieces.
