This lemon and white chocolate pie is covered with a delicious layer of marshmallow to melt your young gourmet pleasure.


For 4 people

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 80 g of white chocolate
  • 5 lemons
  • 1 broken dough
  • 16 marshmallows


Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Spread the dough in a mold about 18 cm in diameter and prick the bottom with a fork.

Lower the oven temperature to 180 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes.

Grate the zest of the lemons and squeeze them.

Melt the white chocolate.

In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, chocolate, lemon juice and zest. Whisk vigorously.

Remove the dough from the oven and pour in the mixture. Cook again for 15 minutes.

Keep the pie in the refrigerator.

Just before serving, light the grill at 250 ° C and arrange marshmallows on the top of the pie and grill.

The pie is ready to be tasted!
