A dessert to drink ... the good idea! Banana, raspberries, lemon ... full of vitamins and flavors.
- For 4 people :
- 3 ripe bananas
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 lemon
- 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk or soy milk
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and lemon them. Place them in the bowl of a blender. Add the raspberries by reserving some for the decor, milk and vanilla sugar. Blend until well blended. Pour in the glasses. Decorate with the raspberries and enjoy immediately.
